The Obverse and Reverse of this 1936 Buffalo Nickel was carved by me, engraver and coin carver, Amy Armstrong. The Obverse features a bearded Hobo wearing a hat in a traditional profile. The reverse features a Steam Locomotive steaming down the tracks. This engraved nickel is signed and numbered 'AA 87' on the coin's edge.
