Coyote Call Hobo Nickel

Carved on a 1937 Full Horn Buffalo Nickel is Coyote Call. The coyote is carved in a howling position with its head tilted back and mouth wide open. It appears to be calling to the moon, its pack, or lover. Hopefully, what ever its calling out to is not lost. The coyote has nicely caved facial features and fur. Coyote Call was also the subject of a previous coin engraving that I carved on an Indian Head Penny. See the penny here.
