#25 Freaky Friday

This is a double sided carving on a 1937 Buffalo Nickel.  Obverse features a Buffalo portrait. Reverse features a standing Indian. I thought it would be funny to have them trade places, hence the title Freaky Friday.  SOLD

This carving is done on a 1936 full horn Buffalo nickel.  Subject of carving is a Red Fox resting in a curled position. Fox is surrounded by a decorative leaf border and milligrained edge.  SOLD

This carving is done on a 1937 full horn Buffalo Nickel.  Subject is a war wearied union soldier wearing wool coat and cap.  SOLD

This carving is done on a 1936 full horn Buffalo Nickel.  Clown featured with full make-up bulbous nose and great expression.  SOLD

This carving is done on a 1937 full horn Buffalo Nickel.  Soldier features nice mustache, awesome dimple and insignia inlaid with 24 karat gold.  SOLD

This carving is done on a 1937 full horn Buffalo Nickel.  Portrait is of a Confederate Soldier with a slim face, beard, and army issued kepi style cap. Partial border engraved with stars and J.Reb.  SOLD
