Amy's Bio Page
Amy Armstrong is a Jeweler
and Hand Engraver who specializes in unique jewelry and engraving for
customers desiring “one of a kind” creations.
Amy has 20 years of experience in the jewelry business. Her experience
covers a wide range of jewelry and engraving services such as custom jewelry
design, gemology, stone setting, repair, and engraving.
Amy has a diploma in Comprehensive Jewelry Making from The Jewelry Institute
of Providence, RI. Amy also has diplomas earning recognition as a
Gemologist and Graduate Gemologist from The Gemological Institute of America
at New York, New York.
Since 2001 Amy has pursued the art of Hand Engraving. She has
completed several classes at the GRS in Emporia, KS. Classes completed
are Basic Engraving, Advanced Engraving, Bulino and Banknote Engraving,
Monograms and lettering, and the 2007 Grand Masters class. Amy spends
countless hours hand engraving pursuing excellence in the art.
